3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Order Processing

Once your order is paid and confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During major sales events (like Black Friday) and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping

After your order ships, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We ship from multiple warehouses, so if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking link to activate. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us immediately at service@grptrade.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we unfortunately can no longer cancel it.

Important Shipping Notes

We do not control local delivery processes. If you experience any delivery issues, you may need to contact the carrier directly (you can find their contact details through your tracking link). If your estimated delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please reach out to us – we’ll check on your order and help find a solution.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

Returns (for refund)

• Return window: Within 7 business days of receiving your package
• Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
• Non-returnable: Opened items, worn items, and customized products (check product page for details)
• Shipping charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges (quality issues or wrong items)

• Exchange window: Within 30 business days of receiving your package
• We will replace the item with the same product
