Order tracking – Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to activate.

Shipping time – Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns and exchanges – You can return most items within 7 business days of delivery. If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 30 business days and we’ll replace it. Customized items are not returnable – see product pages for details.
